LaRena Phillips is a carded judge with PtHA and POAC. Located in NE Texas LaRena is available to judge Open Shows as well as sanctioned PtHA and POAC shows. PtHA (Pinto Horses Association) is an all-breed registry and requires judges to be educated on many different breeds which makes her knowlegeable of many breeds.
.  Specializing in Quarter & Paint and Ponies of Americas she has also trained and shown many other breeds. 

LaRena attended the International Judges Seminar (CBC) in 2009.
