LaRena Phillips is a carded judge with PtHA and POAC. Located in NE Texas LaRena is available to judge Open Shows as well as sanctioned PtHA and POAC shows. LaRena  is familiar with many breeds.  PtHA (Pinto Horses Association) is an all-breed registry and requires judges to be educated on many different breeds.  Specializing in Quarter & Paint Horses she has also trained and shown many other breeds. 

LaRena attended the International Judges Seminar (CBC) in 2009.
